You should probably look into using static IP's for your three computers.  I'm not 
sure why VNC would take the .100 IP when started manually and the .1 when started as a 
service.  But in anycase, if you set all your PC's to use static IP's then you can 
your your prot forwarding function of your router to direct VNC to one PC or the other.
