Thank you for the information. I suppose if I am using VNC WITHIN our LAN, I
can use printer sharing. However, I am coming in from the outside. What do
you think would happen if I first established a VPN connection and THEN
started up VNC? I will have to try that.

afaik vnc can't, but citrix metaframe can, among others. maybe they

are using some publicly available trick that you can use as well...

not sure though.



or if you are on the same network as the server, simply use the OS's

printer sharing support.
