How do you connect to the internet? DSL/Cable-modem? I'm guessing that you either use dial-up or have a router for cable or DSL. What you need to do is forward port 590x on your router's external IP address to 192.168.0.4.
If you give us more details about how your home LAN is connected to the internet, we can give you better suggestions. -----Original Message----- From: julien ertveldt [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, October 18, 2004 2:54 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: acces vnc server in lan on an extern pc, forwarding port to ip I have installed vnc server on my computer bud I want to access it with an other computer over the internet by using vnc viewer.
