On *Your* router forward 5500.

On *their* computer install vnc, (set up as service?)

On *Your*  computer run a "Listening VNC Viewer"

On *their* computer make sure VNC Server is running,
     Right-Click on tray icon and select "Add Client",
      Have them type in *Your* public IP/Domain.
