Finding your IP address is probably not that difficult, but unless you
choose a particularly poor password, finding that out is what prevents an
attacker from entering your system.

If you have a set of machines that you will be accessing remotely, you might
prefer to try VNC Enterprise Edition, which allows incoming connections to
be authenticated against local Windows system accounts, and also protection
against session snooping and tampering.
