I don't think this can be done with VNC (the nature of VNC is just to
duplicate what the person at the concole sees).  Can you do it in straight
Windows?  Get it going there and then use VNC.

P.S. You can do what you want with Microsoft's Terminal Server but that is a
very expensive solution.
