Usually you can only have 1 port per VNC Session, and then you have to use a separate port for the Java Viewer. What this feature allows you to do is only use 1 port for all VNC sessions including the java viewer.

No. This will reduce the number of ports that need to be opened or forwarded. You will still need to port forward the 1 port.

According to KaboodleProxy's web page they support Windows.
I would like to find a solution to establish connection between firewalled and for broadband users without configuration of port forwarding.
You will have to use some for of proxy then. Especially for Windows XP user's who have Service Pack2. Microsoft enabled a firewall by default blocking all but the most commonly used ports.
