Hi. Is there a way to send keyboard commands to a computer using a script file or batch file?
What's going on is I have just recently enabled Wake-On-LAN on all 300 of my computers. I have a program the parses through a list of computer names (actually MAC addresses) and turns on all the computers. Well, after that they just sit at the Novell login screen. Now, all the computers have the same admin account and there is no requirement for pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del before logging in. I just need to be able to parse through a list of computer names and send a username, (then a TAB command to goto the password box), then the password. I'm not worried about encryption at this point, just want to know if it is possible or if someone has done this. It sounds like it should work to me. Oh yeah, I'm using RealVNC 3.3.7 Thanks.
