what does SSH'd VNC traffic "look" like? is it excessive?

i'm wondering what the SSH'd VNC traffic "looks" like on my corporate LAN.  is 
it a very high bandwidth app?  is it going to slow anything down?  is it going 
to raise alerts?  i've got it running SSH'd, non-proxied, over port 443.
