Hi :)

I'm at work behind a http proxy that works at port 8080 without authentication.

I'm currently using realvnc vnc server at home using port 443.

If I use the smartcode vnc client i'm able to specify a proxy server
and i was using that configuration without problem. The problem is the
smartcode vnc client is shareware and the trial period is over.

So, i've turned on the vnc remote access via webbrowser at port 5800.

If i connect to my domain http://xxxxxxx.d2g.com:5800 i'm able to
see the page and the applet loads correctly.

By default the address http://xxxxxxx.d2g.com::443   ( with 2 : )

When i try to connect i get UnknownHostException, and if I put the IP
instead of the domain i get "Unable to check numeric address"

Is there a way to solve this? The IE is using the http proxy on port 8080.

Best regards
