Eivind,

You must use VNC Viewer Enterprise Edition (either a native viewer, or the
in-built Java viewer) in order to connect securely to a VNC Enterprise
Edition server.  When you say you can't access the server at all when in
service mode, what do you mean?  What is the error message you see?  Are you
sure you have configured the server for service-mode, in particular having
generated a secure key for it?
