Thanks for the note on the firewall. You could go back to version 3 of VNC but I would not recommend it - version 4 probably corrects some known problems.
Do you have a local LAN with more than one computers on it? If so maybe you can connect locally and verify that VNC runs locally. Alan Watchorn Eshelman Appraisals, Inc.
