I have an SMC Barricade router that dynamically assigns IP addresses to three
machines running Windows XP w/SP2 and one running Windows 2000.
I noted in the documentation for vnc that I should disable fast user switching
and remote administration. I was able to disable the fast user switching but I
do not know where to disable the remote administration. Can anyone help?
Also, I noted in one post an instruction to disable the XP firewall since the
router firewall was sufficient/better. Is this correct?
