Thank you for your reply.  You had it right about the problem having to 
do with my IP address changing.  I had set up a dynamic IP address and 
had set my router to constantly update the IP address.  It wasn't doing 
that, so I just downloaded a DNS updater program called DeeEnEs and it 
constantly updates my DNS every 10 minutes.  That seemed to have solved 
the problem.
