Thank you all for your responses.

I should say that I just used Add/Remove Programs as an example.  I use
WMI/VBS/etc to do a lot of things remotely.  But I was trying to see if VNC
could help me with some things I haven't figured out yet.  The specific
thing that prompted me to ask was the SMS Advertised Program Monitor.  I
don't know how to view that remotely, and I was hoping I could use VNC to
open the GUI on the remote computer on my desktop.
