I assume you're referring to Ctrl-Alt-Delete rather than Ctrl-Ctrl-Delete.
Ctrl-Alt-Delete is a special key sequence reserved as a secure access
signal, and can only be trapped & overridden by hooking certain operating
system security APIs, which is generally ill-advised.

On most keyboards, AltGr-Del or Ctrl-Alt-Shift-Del should work in VNC Viewer
in place of Ctrl-Alt-Del.

I checked the archives but I did not see anything on
this.

When utilizing VNC VNC support of Windows (mostly XP)
XP our offices I discovered that although you can set
the server to lock local inputs the ctl-ctl-delete
will still access the task manager. I would like to
see a sepeseparateaparameterdisable ctl-ctl-delete
commands.
