That's great - and with fortunate timing too so soon after my initial
QueryConnect request. However although I've tested the new QueryConnect
support in Xvnc, I'm having some trouble trying the X extension module
for native display support on Linux.

Firstly the vnc.so file is missing from vnc-4.1-1.i386.rpm (although it
was included in the 4.0 release). Then when I copy the module out of
the binary archive vnc-4_1-x86_linux.tar.gz, the X server reports a
loading error:

dlopen: /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/vnc.so: undefined symbol:
initStdIOLoggers__3rfbv

I'm experiencing the same behaviour on both Debian 3.1 (unstable "Sid")
with xserver-xfree86 4.3.0.dfsg.1-12.0.1, and Red Hat Fedora Core 3 with
xorg-x11 6.8.1-12.FC3.21.

Should I start rebuilding from source, or will you be updating the
binary releases soon anyway?

Cheers,

Sean.
