I'd recommend upgrading to VNC Server Free Edition 4.1 & seeing what output
you get.  You can then check the Application Event Log on the server to look
for WinVNC4 entries starting "Connections: closed" for explanations of the
connection closing.

I'd also recommend waiting to upgrade your viewers until the 4.1 fix release
next week. :)
