Fracois, I saw your other thread about this problem as well...
I run VNC 4.1 all day from my desktop to my laptop, over just a home network, and it works flawless, no issues at all, unless I close it. You said it's actually closing the VNC Viewer, or is it just losing connection? Do you have an network issues? Run a continuous ping to the other machine and see if the drop offs coincide with traffic problems to the device... Also you can set the viewer to auto reconnect upon connection loss :) Cheers -Paul -----Original Message----- From: Francois Hugo [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Friday, March 04, 2005 8:14 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Spontaneous closing of VNC Viewer VNC 4.1, W2000P, Novell network. When I leave VNC Viewer running it frequently closes spontaneously. I want it running continuously to disable the remote keyboard and pointer, (though that isn't happening either). Any ideas?
