Not to mention you will need to know what her external IP is at any given time. An easy way to do this is the use of a free dynamic-DNS client running on her machine. These can be found by visiting places such as http://www.no-ip.com, http://www.dyndns.org or other free dynamic DNS providers. These can be found by Googling or by suggestions of other users here.
