As long as Yuri wrote the code using the RFB protocol specifications and
did not use code from the VNC viewer software, he is not required to
release the software under the GPL, nor is he obligated to give anyone
the source code.

I can't really give you an answer but I disliked the somewhat demanding
tone of you e-mail. Hopefully Yuri will respond to this and clear
things up.

Yuri? I see s-code after your writings. Are you not the author of
that Smartcode VNC ActiveX control? I have been emailing you and
emailing you and still I get no reply.

I have been wanting the GNU source code for the control. You are
obligated under the licensing agreement to provide the source to us.
I really do not think that you are trying to steal their VNC source
code, I believe that you just for some reason have not gotten my
emails.

Please respond with the location where I can promptly download the
source code.

Thank you,

Robert
