Sometimes on a few machines here there appears to be no video coming
across.  I do connect to the machine and authenticate however the
screen is black and the mouse causes trails on the screen.  Has anyone
else come across this problem?


That was the original.  basically i think it might come down to the
color settings or refresh rate on the target machine (server).
