I believe john is correct. I traced back several programs that come
through as a black box (the video window of powerDVD is but one) and it
seems they all use the GPU of the video card to do that potion of the
display rendering.

Limitation of the software. Full-screen DOS boxes don't work either, I
dont'
believe.

Subject: Question on sharing video and graphics

I have VCN 4.0 server on one Winxp PC and the VCN4.0 viewer on another
Winxp PC. I am able to view most activities of the server PC but when
videos and graphics are running or opened on the server, they are not
visible on the viewer PC. Is this something I am doing wrong or is this
a limitation of the software?

Any input or guidance would be appreciated.

Frank
