keep those emails, have a lawyer look at the license agreement, and if
still no response, you at least have records of attempting to contact
and acting in good faith. I'm not a lawyer, so try that at your own
risk.

the Personal Edition and did not get a response. Then I emailed James
and still
did not get a response.

I'd still like some information on when the Personal Edition is going to
come
out. If they do not plan a release soon they should just remove that
from the
Download section as Coming Soon is not really soon, it's been that way
for months.
