VNC on windows is a pure remote control application it does not have
sessions like term services or citrix.  So it is possible to have
multiple connections, however they will all be the same desktop.

Additionally, there used to be an issue with vnc and terminal services
both running on the same machine, I am not sure if this was fixed in
the last release or not.
