Guys,

If I understand the original post correctly, Nicole was interested in
accessing Terminal Services sessions via VNC. This is currently only
possible via the now rather out of date rdp2vnc tool, if I remember
correctly.

Future versions of VNC with full integration with Terminal Services is not
impossible...

Steve,

I don't know what you mean by "flavor of VNC" - there is VNC and there is
software (such as VNC Scan, for example) that is based upon VNC.
"shadowing" active Terminal Server sessions is already possible, simply by
running VNC Server in User Mode in each session.

Cheers,

Wez @ RealVNC Ltd.

Services

We use VNC on Terminal Servers and it works fine. Of course, you only get
the console desktop for the reason that Angelo pointed out. I do remember
hearing something about some previous version of VNC having issues on a
Terminal Server but I have never experienced it.

Is anyone working on a flavor of VNC that will allow you to "shadow"
terminal sessions like the Terminal Server Manager does?

If you're looking for unique desktops per connection, your best bet is the
Terminal Services that comes with Windows 2000/2003 server. VNCScan is an
excellent front end for both VNC and the terminal services, too. The value
in VNCScan here is that there is one interface to both VNC and Terminal
Services so it kind of blurs the line a little.
