  Your activex control is a recompiled altered version of the tightvnc
control.  It's not simply a "wrapper".  A wrapper would need to be a
stand alone product compiled seperate from the GPL product for it to
be considered a different product.  Because you've altered the
functionality of the control and you've compiled your changes into the
same source as the tightvnc code, your product is NOT just a wrapper.

Steve, I'm sorry that this turned into an attack on you and your
product.  Unlike you, though, I do think that there is some bad intent
in this.  "Yury", I don't know Steve and I've never even tried his
scanner before so you are sadly mistaken.  Even if I was the President
of Microsoft, it wouldn't excuse you from violating the GPL.

Let's stop playing the identity game and start concerning yourself
with complying with the GPL.
