Yes. Plus add Chicken of the VNC to the list which is what I use as a viewer. BUT they are all version 3 and so do not support the new features added in version 4/Enterprise.
As a server, Apple Remote Desktop client does a pretty good job if you download and install version 2.1 (IIRC) which has a VNC server built in - but still only version 3.
What features are you looking for specifically in OSXvnc server and/or Chicken of The VNC as the client?
Since both of these are based on earlier versions of VNC and have followed their own development path it's a little unclear to say which "version" they are relative to RealVNC. They have had some of the features of RealVNC's version 4 since before RealVNC did, but are lacking other features and some don't even seem to make sense "eg Windows Authentication for OSXvnc".
The next release of OSXvnc will bring it into compliance with the current RFB spec (V 3.8) which doesn't incorporate all of the changes that comprise RealVNC 4 but it gets it closer.
