Kevin:
What you can do is set YOUR machines to static IPs either above or below the
range that the router hands out and let other people who come in for a short
period of time get a dynamic IP from your router.

You pretty much answered my question. Can WinXP Home also be
preconfigured for two networks as well? I was basically wondering if
I would have to reconfigure for other people. Under my network, I am
going to be giving my clients static IPs, and I just wanted to see if
they would have to come back to me to reconfigure it for them when
they leave my network.
