I suggest you read the GPL then (relavent section 3 appended).  It says that
GPL binaries that are distributed *must* include source.  I can't see how
Real-VNC doesn't have to comply with that.

    received the program in object code or executable form with such
    an offer, in accord with Subsection b above.)

The source code for a work means the preferred form of the work for
making modifications to it.
