Hi Greg,

The utility of remote control software is related to the number of people
who want to use it, and the number of machines they can remotely control.

Some remote control software is sold in pairs (server + viewer). Some remote
control software is sold by the "seat". RealVNC sells the Enterprise Edition
software by the number of machines which can be remotely controlled,
regardless of the number of viewers. There is an extremely advantageous
volume discount, which decays to just over USD 1 per copy in large volumes.
This makes Enterprise Edition one of the most competitively priced remote
control products around.

Regards

Andy Harter

Subject: [repeat] Enterprise licensing: can licenses float?

might possibly be connected to end users (VNC servers) is about 8.

to pay for a number of concurrent connections (for example, 10 or less) that
is fewer than the number of server installations (400-500)?
