Have you had a look at www.portforward.com
for clear instructions on your model router?

Additionally the 192.168.1.100 address is not your Internet IP as this
is a private IP.

Try going to http://canyouseeme.org/  to find your real IP and this
will also let you test to see if your forward is good.
