I!/m using HP-UX10.20 like below: # uname -r B.10.20 I!/m a beginner on HP unix. I!/ve installed vnc only on solaris. So, I have met many problem with installing vnc on this HP-UX10.20. When I!/ve first trying, font-path error occurred. So I!/ve modified xfs config like following and start xfs. # vi xfs "xfs" [Read only] 8 lines, 170 characters # # xfs configuration: set RUN_X_FONT_SERVER to a non-zero value to # initiate a font server at run level 2. # # Installed at /etc/rc.config.d/xfs # RUN_X_FONT_SERVER=1 #RUN_X_FONT_SERVER=0 And, trying to run vnc with following command. ./vncserver -geometry 1024x7680 -depth 16 -fp tcp/127.0.0.1:7000 But, vnc have stopped always with core-dump. I can log-in vncserver with proper passwd on vncviewer. And I can only see black window on vncview before stopping session. But, I can log-in with Web-browser on 5801 port. What can I do???
