Jaime, At a guess, I'd say that you are using VNC Personal or Enterprise Edition on the server, with either NT Logon Authentication or Encryption:Always On configured. This will prevent your server from being accessible by the third-party viewer that you are running on the Blackberry, since that won't support the security mechanisms used by the server.
