I've recently set up the VNC server on a Win2000 machine and the viewer on a WinXP machine. It seems I can only connect to the Win2000 machine when it is showing the login screen. If it's already logged in, the connection attempt returns absolutely nothing. If I try again, I get the message "The connection closed unexpectedly. Do you wish to attempt to reconnect to 111.222.333.444?" If this means I was connected, why did I not get a VNC window?
