Dimitry:
Heya. As John said, EchoVNC should work well for you.
The pre-release to version 1.4 has a fix so that it plays
more nicely with RealVNC servers; we've also added HTTP/SOCKS
proxy support:
ftp://ftp.echogent.com/EchoVNC/EchoVNC_1.40PRE02_Setup.exe
With EchoVNC, you will need an echoServer (available
for both Windows or Linux...we also run a free "demo" one) that
can be accessed by both the Viewer and Server side of the VNC
connection. In your case, for example, you probably want to run
one at home. Once those two connections are created, all of the
subsequent VNC connections between Viewer and Server will appear
to be "outgoing", making it very firewall friendly. If you
have the OpenSSL DLL available on both sides, you will also get
128-bit AES data security.

hope that helps,
Scott

My school has just installed firewalls in dorms. Theyre setup pretty easy,
absolutely no incoming connections are accepted and all outgoing are
allowed to go through.
There is also no way for me to contact IT dept. and ask them to open up
some ports. SO, I think I ran out of options.

Sounds like EchoVNC may be the answer to your problems...
