Cristi,

When you say "I can see terminal mode, not graphical", I assume you mean
that you get a VNC desktop (which is inherently graphical) with only TWM,
vncconfig and an xterm in it.

You can either modify your xstartup script to start the window or session
manager of your choice, or you can instead configure your Linux system to
make the console X session available remotely.
