That being said, the vnc server program "winvnc4.exe" does support several
command line options that can help you in automating tasks such as these.
Winvnc4.exe /? will list the command line options which also have
documentation on the realvnc website.

Of most interest to you is the -connect option which can take a IP and port
and connects to a listening viewer at this location.
