John, Thats right, But I am compiling in Fedora Core2 which having xorg. John I did it some days back with same system by applying path to XFree86-4.2.0. but I don't know why this error coming now.
One more thing, I downloaded the Xvnc source from Redhat site, it provides XFree86-4.3.0-19.tar along with source. With this version, there is no error but it does not generates "Xvnc".
