Hi,

I found the problem. As many problems are, this was stupidly simple.

In the VNC Server Properties, on the Inputs tag, I had to check the
"Allow input events to affect the screen saver" box. Now it works.

So now tell me, please, in view of the problems I had, why would one NOT
want to check that box?

Cheers,

Carlyle
