Nope. It means one of two things: 1) Your router is NOT configured correctly
or 2)you don't have a VNC Server listening for a connection. I suggest you
check http://www.portforward.com for information. I have no information on
any SCM routers. Any chances it's an SMC instead? You can find information
on some specific brands and models of routers at the above website. Other
than that, I don't know what to tell you.

I have checked out with www.gotomyvnc.com . It gave me something like this. 
What does this mean. Am i missing anything here....
