Scott, Sorry, perhaps I wasn't clear:
The README.TXT in the zip download does not state that your *modified version of TightVNC* is licensed under the GPL, nor is the text of the GPL provided in the zipfile, nor is there an offer of sourcecode to *your modified version*. Since *your modified version* of TightVNC is released under the GPL, you need to adhere to the requirements of the GPL, including those outlined above.
