Marcus, There are a number of ways to leave VNC Viewer's full-screen mode, depending upon how it is configured. Normally, one would un-tick the Full-screen option on the F8 menu, or select one of the Minimize or Maximize or Restore options from that menu in order to minimize or maximize it directly, or to restore it to non-fullscreen mode.
Alternatively if the "Send special keys directly to server" option is not ticked then you can use Alt-Tab, the Windows key, or Ctrl-Esc to move focus away from VNC Viewer. The most obvious reason why F8 would not work after restoring VNC Viewer to full-screen mode from IconCorral is simply that IconCorral has not given VNC Viewer the keyboard focus. You should find that clicking the mouse somewhere will cause VNC Viewer to regain focus and the F8 menu to be accessible again.
