Stephen, Looking at this more closely, your router configuration seems to be trying to place both machines outside your router's firewall, which obviously can't work. With those rules, all traffic will go to 192.168.0.2 and 192.168.0.3 will never see any incoming connection attempts, if I understand them correctly.
Please contact your router manufacturer for support for their product.
