Yes. That's how VNC works in Linux. You'll probably want to set it up so that it spawns a new session whenever someone connects, probably using Inetd. I've never done it, since I am the only user on my linux box.... But the how-tos are there. Check the list archives and the FAQs, especially http://faq.gotomyvnc.com
