Wez, I get connection refused 10061, just as if WinVNC weren't running at all.
The machine is on the client list (by name and IP) because the client remembers which servers were previously available. In comparing two machines, one working and one not, the only registry differences under HKLM are that the problem machine has an entry for "DisableOptions" (0) and UseCaptureBlt is set to (0).
