Well, you will need to search the archives for "RDP" and "FUS" and will
get a lot of hits. But, from the error you mention, it sounds like the
VNC server is configured with the "Prompt local user to accept
connections" option. In this case, if the user explicitly rejects, or if
no user response in a certain time, the connection will be refused.
