So I don't need to enter in any privite IP address? And if it was from a web
address do I need to enter in the :5800 to it?

So tell me if I am correct, from outside my network, in a web browser, I
would enter in: Public.IP.Address.Here :5800? Anything else or do I have to
change something?

The IP of your router. i.e. the IP address you get when you browse to
http://www.gotomyvnc.com <http://www.gotomyvnc.com> from your VNC server
system.

But what address should I type into a computer outside my network?
