Hi Xinhua, Is there any particular reason why you're using TightVNC instead of the standard VNC distribution? The standard VNC distribution also provides the vnc.so module, which can be set up as described at http://www.realvnc.com/products/free/4.1/x0.html and which will provide significantly better performance than x0vncserver.
