No. We cannot call you. What it sounds like is you're trying to connect to
the "loopback" on your PC, which is disabled by default. How are you trying
to connect? More information on how you're trying to connect would help us
volunteers give you some suggestions. Have you read the various FAQs on how
to use VNC?
